Troop 13 went on a hike to Ponkapoag Pond in the Blue Hills along with Cubs from Pack 56 in Holbrook. The Scouts were able to see the unique ecosystem of the quaking bogs as well as many of the carnivorous plants that grow there, like pitcher plants and sundews. They also were able to practice their orienteering skills.
